My name is Byron Lewis. I am a Sophomore at Miami University (OH). I heard about a sleep pattern called polyphasic sleeping - if you're here then you've probably heard of it - and, for various reasons, I had to try it. Still good... I didn't go to sleep again until 11:30, because I wasn't feeling all that tired. The peculiar thing is that now that I'm up again, I am tired. Puzzling....
