My name is Byron Lewis. I am a Sophomore at Miami University (OH). I heard about a sleep pattern called polyphasic sleeping - if you're here then you've probably heard of it - and, for various reasons, I had to try it. well I'm off to my 5 o'clock.... usually I'm hoping that I wake up, but today I'm hoping that I go to sleep. I'm still kind of wired, plus a little excited at how efficient today has been. more before 6...
